Fine Art America handles its own ordering, payment processing, production, shipping, customer service, and applicable return policies. Purchases made through that platform are subject to its terms and policies. Angie Durbin Art does not directly process or fulfill those print orders.

Other external links may lead to websites or services operated by third parties. Angie Durbin Art is not responsible for the content, policies, products, services, or practices of independent third-party websites.

4. Free Resources and Digital Downloads

Free resources, such as calligraphy practice sheets, are delivered by email after you sign up through an email signup form. If you don’t receive your download email within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can’t find it, or if a download link doesn’t work or a file is corrupted, contact hello@angiedurbin.com for assistance.

Paid digital products may include printable artwork files, PDF books, practice sheets, and other downloadable materials. Depending on the product, delivery may be automatic or provided by email after payment.

Unless a product listing states otherwise, free and paid downloadable materials are provided for personal, noncommercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or commercially reproduce these materials without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

5. Workshops and Educational Offerings

Workshops may be offered in person or online, including live sessions, recorded content, or self-paced educational experiences.

Payment is required as stated during registration. If a workshop is canceled or rescheduled by Angie Durbin, registered participants will be informed of the available arrangements, which may include rescheduling or a refund, as appropriate to the circumstances and applicable law.

Payments for paid digital downloads and workshops offered directly through this website may be processed through PayPal. Transactions are also subject to the applicable payment provider's terms and policies.

The applicable return, refund, and delivery conditions for free resources and paid digital products are described on the Digital Downloads, Returns, and Refund Policy page and, where relevant, on individual product or registration pages.

Because digital products are delivered electronically and accessed immediately, paid digital downloads are generally nonrefundable once delivered or made available, subject to applicable law and any stated exceptions.

Workshop cancellation and refund conditions may vary by offering and will be provided on the relevant registration page.

For print-on-demand purchases made through Fine Art America, please refer to that platform's applicable return and refund policies.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
