Shipping, Returns, and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Angie Durbin Art. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Interpretation and Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
* Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this
Agreement) refers to Angie Durbin Art, 390 McGuinness Blvd. #3 Brooklyn,
* Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
* Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
* Service refers to the Website.
* Website refers to Angie Durbin Art, accessible from
* You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company,
or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or
using the Service, as applicable.
If a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, We are not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.
If the original artwork doesn't satisfy you entirely, you have 14 business days from receipt of the artwork to return it in its original package. Unfortunately, after 14 days of I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 14 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund. (Some exceptions will apply. Please contact us for an assessment of your specific situation.)

I am not able to offer refunds in the following cases:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet
the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive
the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Damaged Original Artwork
If you notice any serious damage to the outside of the package please do not sign for the delivery and contact us immediately. To avoid accidentally damaging your edition, for example if a work is unframed, leave all unpacking and handling of the artwork to a trusted professional framer or art handler. Contact us for local recommendations.
Printed Artwork, Home Decor, Clothing, and Accessories
All art prints and products are printed on demand (POD) at the time of purchase. These orders are fulfilled by vetted third party print vendors who manage, print, and ship each product.
This means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported for ordering the wrong size, color, or simply had a change of mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with us and provide a clear photo showing the issue with a brief description.
The order production time depends on several factors, such as time of the year, product stock status, and order size. Almost all orders are shipped within 2-7 business days from the order submission date.
It can take up to 3-7 business days from ship date for your order to arrive. If you still not have received your purchase after 1 week from the expected date to arrive, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Occasionally, the order fulfillment may take longer than initially expected. This may be caused by one of the following:
The garment is out of stock and needs to be ordered from the supplier (if the delay is just a few days, the print providers do not necessarily inform us)
The product did not pass the post-production quality check and needs to be reprinted to ensure a high-quality standard.
The order contains 12 or more items.
Please note: We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. However, we will do everything in our power to help you solve the case.
Due to the cost of venue space and the art supplies which are pre-purchased well ahead of the workshop date, cancellations and no-shows are not refundable.
